Community Capital Advisors (CCA) is a Pennsylvania Christian-based compassion entity dedicated to alleviating and reducing pervasive poverty in low-income communities. We combine the tools of education and community development financial institutions (CDFI) to address poverty issues. We assist economically vulnerable and/or at-risk populations to work their way out of poverty and improve their socioeconomic wellbeing.
